The Fleet arrived in San Pedro on April the 18th. The beaches were swarming with people, larger numbers than experienced in San Diego. The ships anchored in a single column in the outer harbour.
This card shows the USS Connecticut anchored in San Pedro harbour during the Fleet visit to the Los Angeles area.
