hello fellow builders.

Iam sorry to inform you all that the bar-armour around the turret did not make it..
It will not be missed...............

one of my theachers who is helping me with advise told me not to make it out of plastic.
It wil break in time,
the second person who had a good look at it.. his first words where: "it`s not in the center...
So that was that ..I been building it again ..this time out of brass.
let say ...win some lose some..

ill be working on this one for awile..
any comments welcome.

To get my mind off the "105" i did try building something that iam trying to build from the start.
That is the 20mm mark 48 turrets.
I had to make two, but i think ive made 10 so far ........but ive think I did get it right this time.
To give you all an impression.
The turrets are on top en aft.

This is what it looks like..

hello all.

it`s been awile, but you all know me and my building speed, sometimes it goes on for mouths and sometimes you hear nothing off of me for mounths.

well now, I left you all with the building off the mark 48 20mm turrets.
they need bar armour as well they need a barrel and some detail.
I have made my barrels (two turrerts) with the help of M.zwarts a well known 1/35 buildingexpert in the NL. many thanks for that!!

because I did not know how to make them, (well I made a few, but they all look like crap)
then it was detail time no real problems there and off course the bar armour that surrounds it.
now working on turret no 2, turret no 1 is ready for primer.
tell me what you think..

many thanks for watching
chris

hello

I want to start painting around april, so speed is needed.
Ive made the 105mm bararmour, but it is not done ..it is around 50% done
but I wanted to show all of you my procress so far .
So I played with some resin en but everything a got built yet together.
It is NOT clued yet nor is it the final version or place to put everything.
And ...................ive to make some crew.....
hmmm?

there still much work in the final details, there not on it yet.
got some fare cleaning and rebuilding to do.
But from the looks off it... ill get there.

So, It been a long time...
Things happend , but this time the "thing "is back on the bench ..and this time Iam gonna finnish it.
Because I made a promise to someone that I bring this one along to the KMK 2010 or If some thing goes wrong I bring it to the SMC 2010.

So I had a good look at it.
And to make a long story short ...everything white is a rebuild.

thanks for watching
chris

Hi Chris, wonderful work very inspiring! I espically like your detail on your turrets and the deck detail, it feels like in some way like I'm looking at the real thing!!! I was wondering if you got any updates for us?

Cheers
