Update time.

Ian is out of surgery. The doctor said everything went as planned and he is doing fine. They were able to make the grove so that the drain tube can be flush with the outside of the skull. More than likely he'll have five days of antibiotics and then they can come home.

Thank you for your prayers. It is what has carried us along for the last 2 1/2 years.

~Kenny

God's speed in Ian's quick recovery. Tell him we're rooting for him to be up and about doing "kid stuff" as soon as possible!
Cheers and best wishes.

I just got off the phone with Renee. Ian's on anti-nausea meds and his antibiotics, no pain med. He's had a visit from a couple of therapy dogs, a piece of cheesecake and some apple juice. We'll know more about when he will be home probably tomorrow.

Somebody wants to say "Hi" to everyone.

Caught in the middle of saying "Cheese." They should be home Sunday. Everything is going good. He lost his IV today (that always happens) so he's taking his antibiotics orally.

Thank you from all three of us for your continued prayers.

That's great news, kids should be at home making mischief and enjoying themselves, and he deserves it.
