Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon Enlisted US Navy June 1968 discharged as MR2 in April 1972 Commissioned as Ensign US Navy Supply Corps June 1976 , retired as Captain, SC in Sept 2003. Graduate of Oregon State University Am basically a modeler of sailing ships of the mid 18th to mid 19th century, plank on frame, wood construction.
