Building since I was 10-11 years old off and on. First model was a Revell aircraft carrier while I was hospitalized as a young boy in Portsmouth Va. During my teens I mainly built cars and trucks. Had a long break during my Navy career but am now retired and trying to regain my regular building schedule. Build mainly military models...ships are my favorite but occassionally build some armor and aircraft. After looking at the boxes of unbuily kits in my basement I decided I would narrow my focus to US Navy and Marine Corps subjects...and ships..
