The way things are going, 350 scale is gaining in popularity. It is German which strengthens its chances as well. Most of the "popular named battleships are issued now so they will be searching for others. I would bet that the Scharhorst is in the top 10 to be considered to be made in plastic.

AFTER the Warspite.

It really does seem strange the Twins aren't represented in 350. I've heard decent things about the older Heller Twins, for their age.

Martin is more than likely the only one over here that might have built it. You might put a querry in at the modelwarship web site as the have several guys over there that build a lot of the high end resin stuff.

I've seen it in the box, but haven't purchased one or built it. I've heard it's a decent kit, but that's 2nd hand info. It's supposed to be a 1943 version, but it has the eagle on the stern, which was removed when the war started. Next time Commanders/ISW is at a show I attend, I plan to take a really good look at it.

I also heard a rumor that Trumpeter was considering a Scharnhorst, so I've been waiting to see if that materializes before dropping $300+ on the resin version. Even I pass on resin sometimes!!
