I am getting ready to put the anchor chains on Might Mo and I can't remember their color. I had some chain hanging around and scraped the molded chain off. I am using the 1945 paint scheme(measure 22) all decks are blue.
Are the chains the same color as the decks
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't say for certain, but I've been in the Navy for 25 years and every anchor chain I've seen has been painted black. Hope this helps.

with all that banging around I'ld add some slight metallic to the chains. I doubt the Navy would allow rust to catch hold
