Ahoy mates!

Here's a great build feature sent in by Loo Chee Keong [ CKLOO ] showcasing the Tamiya classic, with some nice upgrades!

20 PE pieces for each pom pom? FIRST SHIP built! Great googely moogley if this is your first attempt I can't wait to see others. I really liked the bridge area, and overall look of the ship. Great job.

Thanks very much for sharing.

AHHH WEM brass. THey do love their multiple itty bitty brass piece put togethers. Thank God for Gator glue now. I might start tackling more of those. Just got so tired of superglue sticking the parts to me rather than the piece.

Great camo job on the POW. Certainly one of the more challenging ones ever done on a ship (Not countng those zebra ones)

Thank you all for your generous comments. It was a rather fun built despite the itty bitty parts and the hard fact that certain parts of your body is not what it used to be..( the eyes, guys). Its funny how after doing one ship, you suddenly end up with another 5 in your stash waiting for the spare 2.5 years to complete them!
