Frank, I do not know if you have seen this thread on Modellmarine.de, but there are a lot of good references for your build.

Harry,

Thanks for the link. Do you know where I could get some pics of anti-torpedo nets that were deployed?

No, Frank I do not remember seeing any.
Why not write Jim Baumann, I am sure he will have a pic or two!

Hey all,

I made some progress on the ship. I made the repairs to the ship after the dreaded drop on the basement floor then I put some guns on the ship. One of the stacks seems a little off, might be a pain fixing that since its gatored glued. Here are some pics.....

Hey all,

I'll try to post some pics tonight but as the time for completion nears I'm faced with the realization that I will not finish by the end of the contest. This was a great contest but with work, family, and other things going on I just didn't get the bench time in that I needed. I will try to get as far as I can. I wish the other contestants luck with there builds.

No sweat, Frank...please do keep on with the build at the normal pace, because it would be a shame to muck it up now in a hurry to meet the deadline...and keep those updates coming too, mate, this build will be a nice one when your finished with her!
