Reading a thread in Modelwarships, I read that the Repulse is on the list from Tamiya or Aoshima to be done in 700 scale late this year. I don't know if this was announced or not.

Tamiya? Hmmm...I've pretty much given up on 1/700 but when Tamiya does a ship like Repulse attention must be paid. I'm looking forward to Gunny's report.

Don't get too excited yet, mates....there is already grumbling about the kit on a few Japanese Forums, but time will tell!! Lips are very tight on many of the releases for Fall, until the Tokyo Hobby Show next month, at least....I've got a little details, but not even enough to fill an announcement yet!

No photo yet, darn. $24.56 US, from HLJ, so probably double that when it hits the states. I can see it now, When the sales of this one start to go down Tamiya will re-re-release it along with the P.O.W. and Betty bombers for a full Force Z.
