Has anyone had any experience with these models? They have a nice line of Soviet submarines, in 350th scale and are reasonably priced.
Thanks for your time
Steve

Ahoy there Steve!

long time no see
As for your question: cheap, dimensions accurate (as far as I know) and some details that can be easily enhanced - it has a lot of raised details when they shouldn't be (like torpedo tube doors in the Akula bow). But a good quality price ratio
Good to see you still have the sub bug

Rui my salty brother!
It has been a long time. Since we're moving towards winter, things are slowing down and I have more time to build models. I've about a five month window to have a modeling marathon. That includes finishing the ones I started last year and trying to jam a few more into this year. I sure do miss talking to you guys. Every time I see a ship model, I think of all of you.
Yes, I still have the sub bug and it seems to be getting worse. I've been shopping again! I wondered about the Alangers. I had seen one built up and it looked impressive (a Victor class) and then I began to wonder. It seemed awfully impressive for the price. And, mentioning the tube doors, they were raised on the Victor as well.

Thanks for the intel on these boats. I might take a run at one and see how it shakes down and if they're no too bad, I might pick up a few more.
See you later!
Steve
Gentleman! As you were.
