Although I am not a buyer for this set, I have to admit that it is an interesting way of promoting and selling models
Also, I hope that the subs include correct decals

looks to me that Aoshima has the most kits in it. Wonder why it was released under Tamiya brand....Probably because it was their idea. This is also a companion set to go with the carrier set and I think Tamiya had the most there. What does the set cost just out of curiousity?

That's a really neat concept, but it would keep me from seeing the light of day for about 2 years if I built all those kits at once!

Got to hand it to Tamiya, they know the best way to get the most out of their kits. I can see it now, first the attackers, then the defenders, then the attackers with full hull, then the defenders with full hull?
This would be a great set for a club to buy and build as a group, unfortunately my club is mainly into wingy thingies. No way I could convince them to pop for this set.
