I stumbled upon a very good website dedicated to ship camouflage. www.shipcamouflage.com
I've been reading a very interesting article on the development of camouflage in the RN and USN from WWI to WWII. They have paint chips available and a message board like this one. Pretty good site for ship buffs.

Yeah they are a little pricey. There's some good information there though.
