I ran into one on ebay. the add says 3 feet long. Anybody know what scale this actually is? Is this a valuable kit? I've bid a couple of times, but haven't hit reserve, I'm looking for a cheap 1:350 scale of this and figure can buy the white ensign models detail kits to supe it up

Can't help with the scale, but in my travels I saw this and thought it may interest you. inches sounds like a 1/350 scale but cannot be positive. Anyway don't know if you saw this or not but they are running a special this month..

Hope this helps Cause I have heard that sometimes you can pay three times as much on e-bay than a kit is worth.

1/400...it is the same mould as the recently re-released Monogram one.

Thanks guys, I won't waste my money on this one. I want 350 scale to go with my Hornet and Essex and the other 2 when they are released. Any body heard which one Trmpeter is going to pop first...the Lex/Saratoga or the Nimitz?
