That's all for now from the news desk. Remember, if you can't get to your bench and build, at least you can talk about it.

Greetings all,

Got my Commandos pretty much finished, ordered up the new Wee Friends figures and I'm off work for a couple of day so trying to get some modelling done.

Went to visit some relatives on Sunday had a nice meal and a walk down the canal and that's about it.

To be honest this weekend was totally messed up. The only good point was the Rabun County Sportsman Dinner Saturday night. Deer, Mule deer, bear, wild hog, rabbit dumplings, and all the sides you could eat. Top notch food. The remainder of the weekend was in the pits.

But is over and now its time to move along.

I may have lived down south most of my life, but I still can't get ahold of game animals. I'll stick to a slab of pork ribs myself. NOw grits and greens are all fine by me, but fried okra hits the spot most of the tme for me. I am weird though, I prefer Pumpkin to Sweet Potatoe and I hate yams especially with marshmellows....in fact I despise marshmellows but we're off topic here.

Very little bench time. Left the old job that had me working 6 - 7 hour nights and started with a new one that has me on 2 - 8's and 2 - 12's and a $2 an hour pay increase. The PE is pretty much done, just need to attach props and rudder then photo and I'll have the Yukikaze up next to the Yamato where she belongs.
