The only Ranger I am familiar with is the CV-4 which saw very imited action in the North Atlantic during the war. It was America's first true designed and planned from the ground up carrier and because of trreaty limitations at the time lacked a lot f things that showed up on the following Yorktown and Enterprise.. Is this that ship or was there a later one that came out in the late 50's early 60's?

So lets see, you've done a Midway class and now a forrestal class. Will this one be able to use any parts that are out like a flight deck or island or are you going to have to almost entirely scratch except for some of the 40mm guns and stuff.

The guns are resin coming from WEM products. Everything else scratchbuilt. But I might use GMM's pe set for the catwalks. some photos how I hope she would look. http://www.history.navy.mil/photos/images/h97000/h97685.jpg http://www.history.navy.mil/photos/images/h97000/h97686.jpg
