Hi all,

It's time again. I couldn't believe it is the 4th round already.
In addition to the bridge which is detailed enough before painting, I moved back to the hull again this month. All the gun platforms and walkway will be made from plastic sheet. To make it easy to fit to the hull, I duplicated it from kit's original. Let's see the pics.

1. The kit's parts were cleaned up and sanded flat on one side before attached with small dots of CA glue to sheets of 0.3mm plastic.

2. Once the glue set, cut off the excess plastic to match the shape of original part. Separate the sheet and based parts after that with blade. It is important that glue dot is large enough to hold the part during triming yet smal enough to be easily separated. Finailly, sand the left-over glue mark off the plastic sheet. The part is now ready to be fit to the hull.

I only finished with 12.7 cm gun and stern platforms since they got slots and supports already.

Finally, I got something looks closer to an IJN CV.

OMG this is a fantastic build. DAMN Nanond, you're the Sensei.

This will really inspire me in my Yamato build.

I usually tend to say "Can't wait to see some paint on this model" .. well not this time ....

I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE SOME MORE OF THIS FANTASTIC DETAILING PROCESS.

Kudos from the
