As most of you know, projects and campaigns are supposed to help you improve your modeling skills, your interest in a particular subject or theme and also to have fun!
So, and as usual with me, I have started late on this campaign, and my goal was to make usage of my 1/700 Tamiya SSNG Kursk, that was sitting in the stash for a long time...
My intention was to make it as SSNG Tomsk or SSGN Omsk, depending on what photos I would be able to found on the internet...
Little was found, but I have found a few more Soviet/Russian sub photos that started to make my mind running wild! Again, plastic card (evergreen) and some more boxes in the stash, gathered so that this mindless project may come to live!
I should had that the cherry on top, is still missing

Hope you like it, and as usual, comments/critics are most welcome

The base:

Base color applied (Nato Black) after the simple constuction...

Watercolour paper sea base

The final layout (?)

Note the partial pier (scratch built), the old barge (also scratch built) and the modified tug (I though that BFM Tugs were too good to spend this way)

Details, details....

First coat of varnish applied to the base and sea base (this last one needs another coat)
