hello all,
on the armorama, there is a story about Dragon's new model campaign.in it,it shows a new ship model coming out:
USS Laffey DD-459 1942 in i think 1/350 scale(the print is too small for me to see) with PE.there is also on the Dragon web site other ship models,to include a 1/700 USS Arizona 1941 with new tooling and PE,2 Modern Russian Ships, and it looks like a new USN WW2 Aircraft Carrier.
cheers,
Bruce

Bruce,

Yes, it is another 1/350 destroyer the USS Laffery, Benson Class.

As for the others, I will have to take a look.

I like all those Panthers and Tigers with the zimmerit already on the pieces, unfortunatly, I've already got scads of Tigers and Panthers either built or in the stash. with Cavalier sets or scratch zimm done.

Happy to see anothr US class DD. I'm sure some of the Japnese companies will be releasing other classes of the Japanese ones as well. "Tis a fine tme to be a modler. Just buy all you can and stash it while prices are decent. Of course with the crash of oil the past month, it may lower model prices....in a pigs eye!!!!!!!!!

It wouldn't be hard for Dragon to do the Laffey. Being a Benson class DD, a little retooling of the Buchanan and they got it.
