As I plan to do Akagi at Pearl. I was wondering what color uniform the sailors were wearing that morning. Logic would say dark blue as it was December, but were they far enough south to have changed over to white? I've got those 2 sets of Fujiomi figures and figure to spread them out on a few ships. Most are done up in white and I plan to do a sprue of each in blue,

It looks like a mixture. So now I wonder...enlisted white officers blue or vice versa. I'm not going to try to depict the aircraft taking off (at least not yet) so I plan to put some up on the island a bunch on th deck wandering....might do a bunch in tan to represent aircrews and several manning the AA. Who knows bythe time I get to this project they may have a carrier deck set out.
