I thought i would share this one with you. the picture quality is kind of lousy but you get the idea.
aside from a few touch ups i am pretty happy with the way the paint has turned out.
please feel free to comment, i only have about one and a half ship models under my belt so any constructive comments are welcome

Now I really don't know too much about this camo pattern (or the ship). I have it and it sems that most of the paterns were hard, which for us it means TAPE_OFF. Your patterns are a lttle loose for the hard line pattern, but I honesly don't know how this is to be s I haven't done any research on it. Would like to see how she builds up so as you continue please post phots and any problems incurred while building her.

a small update. i managed to get the camouflage fixed and paint on the superstructure. here she is with some of the major bits placed on, just to see how it is going to look

a few more. so far no major fit problems to report, some of the superstructure parts are a little tight into the areas that they fit into. but that could also be my fault

Have you found PE for her yet? I bought this one pretty cheap a whiole back and kind of lost track with all the stupendous Japanese kits coming out.

I've got a set of voyageur U.S. battleship rails and i am planning to use one of the spare radar antennas from the gmm Massachussets set. I know that L'arsenal makes a fairly comprehensive set for it but i wanted this to be a "quick" build
