Anybody have an idea on release of th 350 scale

Graf Spee and Repulse kits

NOt in any hurry as I just popped the budget on the Shokaku....and me still needing brass for the Ise (Shame..shame)

Steve,

Not sure about those two. Just the rumors they will be done but I have not seen anything as far as suspected release date or even a pre-sell on either kit.

Repulse has been advertised as a May, 2009 release.

Haven't heard anything about Graf Spee.

Trumpeter is notorious for late releases so I wo't expect the Repulse until late June / July time frame. No date yet on the Spee means fall release---if this year.

Academy's recently-announced 1/350 Graf Spee features in their newest catalogue and is labelled 'New Tooling'. The catalogue is labelled 2009/2010, but the Graf Spee is headed 'Coming soon 2009'

From what I've heard and read, It all seems to be full steam ahead for a May 2009 release for Trumpeter's Repulse. Nothing more has been heard about their new Prinz Eugen though.
