hello Sean,
thanks for the news.
on the R.N. POLA it looks like the Mini Hobby Models i have in 1/350 scale.i wonder if this is a reissue using the molds?
also can you resize the photo's in you report.when i bring them up they are about 1 inch long.and my eyes are not as good as they were 20 yrs ago.
cheers,
Bruce

I think both these are re-issues of Mini-Hobbies whcih were reissues themselves. But I do believe they both were OOP so it will help foklks looking to get these save the "rare ship tak on from sellers on ebay. I have both the mini hobby versions and build one and was OK with the results. Maybe these are an improvement????

Hi Bruce
Apologies for the size of some of the images.
I know they are kinda small however thats what I had to work with and when I attempt to resize them I lose the clarity of them.
I know that they are small but I thought they may assist in discussions etc.
Cheers

Are we sure this is 350 scale? I just went to the Hobby Boss website here and I see the Arizona under the 1:700 section. There is no 1:350 ship section. No Pola yet. I'm hoping it will be a 1:700 ship as well. I'd buy it for sure. I love there subs!

Hi Anthony
I am pretty sure this is in 1/350th or as sure as you can be on information as supplied by the manufacturer.
You appear to be at the correct website I suggest you click on the silver/grey coloured "New Releases" web button on the left hand side and the information on the Arizona and Pola are set out there along with all the other new releases.
Cheers

Well I'm bummed. A 700 scale Pola by this company would of been sweet.

They are 1/350th, and they are re-issued. It was confirmed a month or two ago on the SonicModel message board (either in Chinese or Japanese, it's been a long time since I could read any of the later so I'm not a good judge).

James
the Pola is an HC not a BB. Pretty ship though. I keep hoping for a Littorio class....Number 1 on my list of wants for the past 5 years....even above the 35th scale accuratre T-62 (not that Tamiya crappy one)
