I hand painted my Fletcher hull with Tamiya red. Don't like it, is there an easy non-harmful way to remove the paint (not neccesarily totally) from it. I plan to airbrush Testor's enamel---figure to do some other kit as well to make it worth the effort to airbrush.

After an hour or so it won't matter becasue It will be going down.with or without removal

Windex will work. I did some small parts once and just dropped them in a bath of windex and it came right off. I guess the hull could be done the same way.

How about isopropol alcohol?

EDIT: Nevermind, I tried it and it did the trick. I just wanted to smooth it out a bit so when I airbrushed there woudn't be rough areas. Now for the enamel
