Thanks to you my valued customers, business has improved tenfold since I started BFM in 2005,
As most of you are aware, I am a one man company. I am therefore no longer able to fill orders for next day shipment, instead it will take 3-5 business days.
I cannot increase production without compromising product quality that you are accustomed to receiving and expect.

Thank you for your understanding.

Certian things are worth waiting for and the ships from BFM are.

Ahoy Harry

Thanks for the time out of your hectic schedule for an honest update to all your customers.

In my limited personal opinion this shows your integrity, honesty and communication skills.

No doubt these are the underpinnings of your business style.

Therefore some of the reasons for the true success of your business in only four years.

Cheers

Sean
