Got this in the other day. Set has some merit, but I would not recommend it. What it has pretty much is a bunch of catapaults and cranes and some raradars. That's it. You get them for most types and variations of Heavy Cruisers and a couple of the late Light cruisers. A good individual PE set for each class will gfive you all this as well as a bunch of the other important things like railings and ladders. Now If you were to supplemnt this set with a few sets of IJN railings and get a set of ladders, well It might be enough to avoid those $100 sets that WEM and Lionroar are putting out.
For me personally, it probably was a pretty good deal. I Have or will have a Takao, Myoko, and Mogami. I also have plenty of ladders of various types from other kits and I earlier purchsed a couple of sets of railings. Aber offers a reasonably priced set of metal *' guntubes as well. So you can put together a samll PE set if you look and hunt and peck like I do.
