Thanks Frank, it's time for an update i finished both cap rails they just need a little light sanding to clean them up i also added those 2 small pieces of wood to tha cap rails at the bow i forgot what they are called in the second pic i added a cap to the transome and in the third pic is some of the deck furniture.

I have been building a similar model for a year, and I wish
I had seen your postings before I started - I think I
would have done a much better job. My kit is by art amb fusta (Spain) - it came with a carved hull instead of
bulkheads - onto which I had to glue the deck and side planks. Otherwise it seems to be the same. I am finishing
the rigging, and finding differences between the rigging
on the plans and the photo on the box. So I am improvising
as I go. I am a model railroader (N Scale) - this is my
first wooden ship model. I found the kit at a toy show
for $50. I have some pix, but haven't figured out
how to add them to this letter.
