Guy's, Just come back from a show where Trevor of Airfix had a stand with the lusty on it. News is that it will be available from the end of October for around £50. It's full hull with hanger deck and is in lastest fit, if this sells they plan on back dating to an HMS Invincible Falklands fit and HMS Ark Royal Mid Life. Heres some pictures taken today at the show.

I`m really looking forward to the Lusty from Airfix.I was a bit disappointed that they have chosen to do a full-hull,rather than include a waterline option, still you can`t have everything.
I wonder, with HMS Bulwark being the "Star" of the latest Warship series on Channel 5,will she be Airfix`s next 350th Ship kit?
I liked the Sea Hurricane in Pedestal markings ,as well!

regards Phil

I sure see a lot of bad gaps in pieces. I sure hope they get that all straightend up before final production. Definitely not on parr with Trumpeter let alone any of the Japaese stuff.

Sigh, when I saw this one announced I thought it was going to be a WWII ship. Still for the modern lads it should be a great addition. Anything in 1/350 not flying the swastika or rising sun is certainly a good thing.

Wanna have some input at Airfix?

The ideal job!
