How do I make effective looking ratlines in 1:700?
Can anyone recommend the best PE sets for modelkrak kits?..I need rails and ladders in 1:700

Gold Medal Models has an excellent railing set:
GOLD PLUS ULTRA-FINE RAILING (1/700)

as White Ensign Models:
lWEM 1/700 Super Fine Rails & Ladders(Reference #PE 795)

As for Ratlines, as far has I know you have two choices:
1 - Peter Hall's Atlantic Models ratlines
2 - GMM Titanic set

I picked up some 1:700 waterline ModelKrak resin kits(all pre-dred) yesterday. Mabe Ill build up one of them for the divine waterline campaign..I have my fingers itching on the Amur russian minelayer I got..

I had a great time! I saw some old high school buddies there for a bit, got a couple great kits, sold a couple kits( so now my stash is about par...lol)..Ill have to post some pics of the ICM Seehund I did ...it took gold in its class...I was bagged after the contest.a bunch of my cronies and I went out on the town for Greek food after the contest ..it was a looooooong day...next day I was out of it ..
I ordered my stuff today from WEM ...and thanks again!...Ill definitely be adding the Amur to the Divine waterline campaign..

Forgive my ignorance, but what is a ratline? Is it the same as a jackstay?

its them funny rope ladders you see pirates climbing with knives in their mouths that run up the masts ..sorry for the description but Im not navally inclined ..
