Oh dear. A 1942 version of Soryu. Knew it's coming, but still bought the 1941 version even though is really after the 1942 period. Looks like it will have to check out the differences between the sprue shots to decide if another purcahse is in store..

Well rats.....I got all excited and then discovered only 700 scale was listed. I was kinda hopiong fora 350 Hiei or Fuso

That's one I'm waiting for. That will be my first 1/350 Japanese BB. (Or BC depending on how you look at it.)
What I'm really waiting for is for the Japanese companies to run out of 1/350 Japanese ships, like they did in 1/700 years ago, and release the odd 1/350 British ship.
Still it's a great time to be a modeler, more items in the scales you want than ever before. Cheers to the 1/700 scale folks.
