For those of you building the Akagi; if you haven't spent a lot of money on your airwing here is my advice. Get the Fujimi versions. They are one piece wings and fuselage add on the wheels canopy and prop and underthings. The Hasegawa tail wings really bite. No tabs they just sort of hang there. Easy to get misaligned. The detail is the same from what I can tell. You also only buy the types (Zero, Kate Val) in boxes of 12. So for the Akagi, you buy 2 obxes of Kates and 1 Zero. I also have the Shokaku so I needed just 2 boxes of Vals and I culd replace the Hasegawa Kates as well.
