They have done a couple of other ships in the same goofy scale.
Could you imagine a 1/144 scale Arizona?

A three-foot long Arizona is still excellent news.
With Lindberg in a tailspin over their recent unfortunate overscale offers (a real pity, since the OTHER I-boat kit actually looked great), having a good 1:200 Arizona in the box over a mediocre 1:144 on the internet is a better deal by far.
Now, if only Trumpy would release a 1:200 Big Five, I would be delighted to kitbash the entire Battleship Row!

Loks like it will not be a pantograph of the original revell kit (like thier 350 scale version). I might actually break down and pick thi oddball scale version as i love the ship

NO DOUBT there may be some PE for that kit included, but probably no where near the railing that will be needed...I would think this is a great opportunity for the PE folks to produce full dedicated PE sets for this little monster. Even resin replacement parts if the searchlights or the guns are not up to parr. I wonder if WEM or GMM or anyone else is looking at a full PE option.....

Don't forget that TOM'S already has a 1/192 scale fret and others that are a little over scale but may work. Ray, is the Pearl harbor DVD in stock? Jon Ryckert
