Here's a campaign proposal: Big Fish, a group build with the very large scale (1:72 and up) submarines and other underwater vehicles. Naval and civilian, any era. Anyone else want to get those very long boxes off the shelf and onto the workbench?

I would be in with a 1:72 type IIA converted to waterline or the Italeri Biber - but maybe expand it to anything from 1:72 and larger - including surface vessels ?

Hi Jan!
Expansion beyond submarines in those super scales is not a bad idea. In fact, I completed a 1:48 USS Midway years back.

I was just thinking that the range of subs in 1:72 is somewhat limited and that we already have had 2 sub campaigns - although some time ago.
I would still be in with a sub anyway.

I think it would be more interesting to expand it beyond subs, as there are a growing number of larger scale subjects.
What time scale are you thinking Karl, as subject would depend on that, but count me in

Hi Simon!

Any era would apply--the oversize scale is exclusive enough.

... a "Big is beautiful"- Campaign?...
Sounds nice to me! Given, we have enough time, I'd be in!

Nice title, Guido!
Since there are no other new campaigns on the books for 2011 so far, time should not be an issue...
