Thanks Kenny:

You know I want the 350 Roma...appreciate you also doing the deck stripes

But...there is a problem. I went to the site and tried to place an order. When I punched up the 350 Roma 1943 the cart told me I had chosen the HMS Abercrombie in 350.

HOw similar is the Littorio or Vit Vent masks for my purpose...or correct the order site.

Haven't seen these before. Are these self adhesive masks to save the modeler the time to cut out masking tape shapes, or are these merely a diagram for the modeler to cut out his (or her) masking tape shapes?

They are cutt. All you do is peel them off and stick on the model. I used these for my North Carolina and Alabama so far. I have a set for my Hornet. What you get is a big sheet and the cuts are made. You can use them several tmes as I have used the excess material to do planes and other things. I have had great success with them and highly recommend them

This is a great idea, and if you want coverage in Scale Military Modeller, please let me know, and by coincidence I have been asked to write a camo feature by the editor. I think this will make a great basis for the thesis especially if you intend to create more releases - what do you think?

Hey guys. Steve, thanks for answering some questions. Life with Ian, my son, makes it hard to keep up with everything.

As Steve said, all my masks are computer cut out of a low tack paint masking vinyl. It is the same masking used by custom auto and motorcycle painters. If you ever watch tv shows where they are applying a custom paint job to a 1:1 vehicle and they are using an adhesive paint mask, this is what I use also.

2012 will mark my 7th year in business. It will also mark my first year to attend the IPMS/USA National contest as a vendor.
