IMHO that is a masterpiece. With that darned near perfect weathering, the great water base and the overall quality of the build you can look at those pictures and nearly feel the North Sea air slap you in the face, carrying the frigid spray as you scan the horizon for signs of an enemy convoy or warship force. Truly a triumph. Kostas is more than a modeler, he is an artist working in styrene and paints. I have to say, he works in a dimension well beyond the one I occupy.

This is Best of show quality. The weathering and detail is first rate. I think it would really bring out the scene if you added some little people to it a dozen or so walking the deck.
