Every year we go on a beach vacation to Topsail Island NC. I have seen both the USS North Carolina and the USS Wisconsin on these trips. This year I have decided to go through Philadelphia and see both the Olympia (coming up in my stash) and the New Jersey (nearly finished). I hope to take lots of pictures to help me. Any recommendations/tips/strategies?

Thanks,

John

The North Carolina is in Wilmington NC in an estuary. Also a nice exhibit.

John, I am sure this is late (I just came back from vacation, but I went fishing) but I will throw this out anyways in case you haven't left yet. I would go over the instruction sheets, box art, and any photos available from other sources. See if any questions pop up in your head about how certain parts looked in real life. When you get to the ship, make sure you check those areas out.
