KA Models 1/200 Arizona parts help

Ok, I am stumped! There are parts in the KA Arizona set that I cannot figure out where they go. Parts E24 look like hose reels but they don't show up in the instructions. There are 8 of them, but even the Trumpeter instructions don't show anything close.
Can anybody clue me in as to what these are and where they go?

The KA upgrade set is supposed to have cable reels in it. Can you show us a picture of the parts to help us in identifying the location for you?
