I am sure many of you play World of Tanks, several i am sure are aware that the game network plans to do a ship version. It is in alpha testing. I am privledged to be an alpha tester. I thought i might impart some of my impressions without giving to much away

The graphics and ship renderings are spectacular. I have played a tier 5 BB (Kongo) and seen a 6 (Fuso). The game play is not difficult at all. At this point they have 2 nations...US and Japan. US has DD, CL/CA, and CL/CV. Japanese has DD, CL/CA and BB.

It will be well worth the wait. I am doing everything i can to make it a better game worthy of play.

A superb idea and one I have thought about for awhile.

I hope it extends to other theatres (British German etc.) as well at some stage.

Tanks are ok, I suppose (they're so cure with their little 4" cannon )

It'd be nice to sim something with real cannons!
