It's a great looking build so far Mark. Impressed by your skill in this scale.
I am also amazed how different the approach taken by the IJN was towards combining air and sea.

Mark, your build looks beautiful ! Flawless build and great details.
Your work on the main mast with the PE parts is impressive. Super detailing a 1/700 kit isn t easy. Got the Hyuga as well in the same Hasegawa special edition but as a "full" battleship.
 According to the instructions the crew of Hyuga was much more fortunate as the crew of Mutsu, because one of her aft turrets blew up after gun training.
