Hey Guys,
After posting last night I searched the web again last night and found several US sailor sets by Shapeways.com in 1/144 scale. They are 3D printed.

Is that these guys?: http://www.shapeways.com/product/S2VEHUSEV/1-144-us-navy-sailors-combat-set-2?li=nav&optionId=57137860 They look pretty good. I also ordered a set for 1/144 Fletcher. If I really like them, apparently they can be rescaled to 1/48 for Merit's PT boats!
