I recognize this old girl from the instructions - this is definitely a rebox of the 1970s kit.

Thanks Tim! I was thinking that....especially after seeing the scanned instructions on the Revell site...LOL But you never know! I still get a chuckle from the odd scales! I don't have much OCD...but it drives me nuts looking at my stash with rounded numbers or 1/700 and 1/350...then there's the 1/534 carrier sticking out like a sore thumb!

Amazing the MSRP of $18.99 is about the same it was when I got mine for ten years ago. I built both this and Gneisenau. Good value for the money and lots of update bits out there.
