Round 2 (i.e., Lindberg) has announced the reissue of Pyro’s classic Niña, Pinta & Santa María kits as a “Ships of Columbus” set.

I just saw this set in my local Hobby Lobby for $21.95, and was sorely tempted, but my kit stash is bowing the shelves so to speak. With a Hobby Lobby weekly 40% off coupon you can get the kit for about $14 with tax-- not a bad deal! I remember these three kits as a kid, but it was almost impossible to get them all together at any one time. They're only about as long as my index finger-- but they'd make a neat diorama together. It's neat to see Round2 (Lindberg) releasing these old kits. Thanks for the heads up Tim.
