Hello!
Recently I built a model totally out of my usual topic: instead of another avf or military vehicle I made a 1:700 battleship of World War I:
SMS "Erzherzog Franz Ferdinand"
It is a battleship, that had the layout of the so called "Radetzky"-class
and here a size comparison (in this picture the diorama was not yet finished):

Nice subject. Firstly its a dreadnought battleship and secondly, it is Austro Hungarian which isn't something you see everyday. Good Job. Who makes the kit?

Very nice. Like Mahross said it's nice to see some unusual, to us, ships. Anything WW1 is enough out of the ordinary to be pretty different. Good build. I especially like the water effect. Good work. Are you thinking of joining either Unsung Sisters or Warships of the Atlantic campaigns?

Thanks for posting Viking! I enjoy seeing these WW-1 warship models, and your dio is looking very good! :-) I just wish they would make more WW-1 ship kits. By the way welcome to the site! Check out the two group builds we have , you might be interested.

@ Mahross: it is NOT a Dreadnough, but a pre-dreadnough because of the different caliber of the main artillery batteries.
@ Halfyank: what is the aim of these campaigns???
@ Scunge: thanks for the interesting link! Another good source for any kind of model ships is: Modelwarships.
They have a lot of extraordinary well built ships also from WW I.
@ blaster76:
The ship is resin 1/700 scale from HP-Models :
