Flyhawk of Japan has announced the May 2019 release of the HMS Kelly "Deluxe Edition" in 1/700 scale.

Are you sure it's the "Deluxe" edition on pre-order? The kit is listed as FLH 1119, and not as FLH 1119S. And the view of the model doesn't show any PE parts.

Hmmm... I think you may be right; I found a "Deluxe Edition" of the kit over at Hobbylink Japan for about US$67

What's up with Flyhawk's prices?? Galatea and Kelly are about twice what previous comparable kits were. Even the Asian Ebay stores have higher prices. For instance, I got the Deluxe Bismarck for only CAD 63 (USD 47).
