Flyhawk of China has announced the May 2019 release of the HMS Kelly "Deluxe Edition" in 1/700 scale.
The deluxe version is the standard plastic kit with the addition of etched parts and metal guns.

The HMS Kelly Deluxe Edition (1940) is listed by Freetime Hobbies at https://freetimehobbies.com/1-700-flyhawk-hms-kelly-1940-preorder/ and can be preordered now for about US$35.00.

Are you sure it's the "Deluxe" edition on pre-order? The kit is listed as FLH 1119, and not as FLH 1119S. And the view of the model doesn't show any PE parts.

Hmmm... I think you may be right; I found a "Deluxe Edition" of the kit over at Hobbylink Japan for about US$67 HMS Kelley

What's up with Flyhawk's prices?? Galatea and Kelly are about twice what previous comparable kits were. Even the Asian Ebay stores have higher prices. For instance, I got the Deluxe Bismarck for only CAD 63 (USD 47).
