I didn't even know that they were thinking on releasing a North Carolina in 1/350.. Where di you hear this one Gary.. I too am very interested in this one.. If they do it right you can also get a USS Washington out of the kit as well

I hope it isn't an April Fool's joke..

REALLY! Tamiya is actually comiong out with something new? Can't believe it. Where did you here about this? I love the old "show boat" and would jump on this one. Now if only they'd do a Warspite or Hood in 1/350.

Blast you Garry. I expected this from those tank types, Kencelot and Sabot come to mind, but was holding the floaty guys, and you especially, to a higher standard.

Got us good though.

What do you think Warlock, keel hauling or just hang him from the highest yardarm?

Must have been especially hard on you, being from North Carolina. At least you can go look at the show boat. I'm probably 800 miles from Omaha where they have some sub chaser and another patrol craft ashore at some city park.

Ok, I surrender! And admit , it was a low down prank. But it was the only one I pulled so I made it a big one! This kit is in our future, not from Tamiya. But from Trumpeter, we just have to wait for it to be anounced.

Guilty,

Garry

Well that one didn't catch me. I would have heard about it long before now if it were in the works, besides I picked up the first part of the joke in Sabot's 75mm M4a1 posting.

Rodger:

I don't know if keel hauling or hanging him from the yardarm is cruel enough.... I am consulting the modeller's punishment book and all I can really find as a pushment that fits this diabolical action is for Gary to do one of these things.

1: Our laundry for a month. (Skivies and all) that one might be too cruel at least on my end anyway
2: Make him build two kits with mittens on (PE and all).
3: Buy us a 1/350 kit of our choice..(also PE and all).

Kinda like number three myself....
OK Gary one USS Massachusetts in 1/350 from Yankee Modelworks with PE and all for me... All would be forgiven then

Quoted Text

at least on my end anyway

Which END is that Warlock?
:-)

OK, I'll buy #3, or at least Garry will have to buy something. Make mine the W.E.M. 1/350 Hood, complete with P.E. if it doesn't come with it. Makes no never mind it's out of production and I think it goes for around $800 on ebay. It's the least the scoundrel can do.

OK then Gary it is settled... One Hood with PE for Rodger( $800!!!!! holy crap) and One YMW Massachusetts(only about $450 see Gary I was letting you off cheap) with PE for me..

Sounds to me like you may have to have a yard sale or something... The court has ruled.... We'll keep an Eye out for the UPS man and our big chunk o' resin

See Rodger I bet he was wishing for the laundry now.... No matter which end the skivies were on.....
