Ahoy!,
I am looking for PE sets for ships, esp. 1/150-1/200 scale WWII German Subs. Type VII & IX boats. Any help?

Hi Chief
You could always try White Ensign Models. I know they do etched brass kits for ships etc.Unfortunately I've been unable to find their website but I believe they do have outlets Stateside.

The best you're going to do is a generic set of railings/ladders in 1/200 or 1/196 or 1/144. I've built the Nichimo boats and used detail solder for railings around the towers and such. I'll see if I can hunt up a photo....Mike T

I don't think anyone makes anything that big. There are so few kits larger than 350 scale out there. Check out Trident or Pacific Coast Hobbies.
