My ships bigger than yours. becouse he eats...Ah forget the kennal ration ad! This remote control gentilman has a grin from ear to ear! And I can see why, can you beleave the size of this RC warship? Or even the tug boats?
And could you imagine building one like this? He must have started when he was ten!
Just had to post this, simply amazing!
Cheers,
Garry

Howdy Sean!
Sorry i cant help you on this one. I have had this pic on my computer for about 3 years now. I realy forgot where I got it from. But I can imagine it was either a life long project for this guy, or it was a group build. Either way it bogles my mind to think of building somthing like this!

that's gotta be something like 48th scale. Probably started life as a canoe or rowbaot. Think the Smithsonian has a 48th scale Iowa class...now that is one huge mother

Yeah, it's gotta be 1/48th, here in San Diego, the USS Midway is docked and is a museum, and on it they have a 1/48th scale of it, and it looks comparable to that ship there.

:-) He wants to ride it across the English Channel.....
Now that's amazing....... , and a friend can ride up in the forward lift......
31 feet long, and a 1.5 tons..... I think he started with something larger than a canoe or rowboat.

Those guys have their own private Navies! :-)
It wouldn't be too fun if those bad boys started taking on water...time, money, and maybe even the captain down the drain.
