OK, here I sit with a sample of "Tropical Green" paint, as used on LOTS of USN PT boats in the South Pacific/Southwest Pacific. The powers-that-be here at WEM are reluctant to add this to the Colourcoats line, fearing it just won't sell well enough to justify production.

So, are there enough of you out there to make firm commitments to buy if I add it to the line?

Answers here or direct to me by e-mail.

Cheers,
John Snyder

I built an old PT 109 years ago, and blended a greenish color for it. I have heard you guys made a PE set for it, love to see what that entails. May make another more accurate one if PE set is worth it. Also, is there a 350 scale PT boat kit out there. If I can get something like that, I'ld buy that color. Trick is you need to somehow get the word out to the general model building public that you ave the correct paint..they do most of the buying of this kit.

Hi Steve,

We have 1/350 scale 78' and 80' Elcos available in our Narrow Seas range of kits, and we also stock the 1/350 scale Higgins PTs from JAG.

Cheers,
