Folks, here's the bottom line.  When using model master paints use :
for the bottom hull......#2094 schwartzgrau
for the upper hull, coning tower guns #2077 lichtgrau
for the decks......#2084 graugrun (mispelled on my bottle)
In honesty, I really don't see a big color difference btwn the Swartz and graugrun....maybe after they are applied.
I'm sure WEM has special paints just for U-boats so you may want to go with those. Tamiya, don't have a clue but the bottom s a very dark grey and the top a pretty light color
